Poll: Advance Notice for Hiring Coaches?

Should our league require that the opposing coach be given notice if you intend to hire one of his current coaches?

We actually did vote on this back in August, 2017:

The vote was 59 percent for 3 days, 24 percent for 4 days, 17 percent for 5 days.

I hear you. The upside of a short free agency period is that it's short. The downside is that it's unforgiving. You need to make your best moves early or there are no chairs left when the music stops.
