Now that I think about it ...rules from the vault I can't get to work are 4th down dives and short yardage monster mash. I am going to do short-med-long distance when I can. Hmm, only place I can get those rules is mfn-2 where I never got booted. Jdb did not boot us out of mfn-2 since we would not be able to re-claim our team and the league would have been deleted.
Short-Med-long btw avoids the actual/displayed yardage issue, just saying that for reference.
I'm still curious about the rules not firing, it's bugging me - if it can happen to you, can happen to others. We need to nail precisely what the issue is.
If you can give me what the trigger point you're using is (do it via PM if that's something you feel more comfortable with ) and I'll try to fit it into a league to see if I can replicate the issue. If it's not firing due to a bug in the rule engine, then that needs to be fixed.

I recommend using short - med - long distance when you can. I do not trust nor like the symbols and not being able to see what you are doing. clicking on a box for yardage 0 to 4 yards and then it hides in gibberish = mega problem. drop down windows w 0 to 30 is the way to go. i really hate the symbols of nonsense.

4 rules. 4 downs. 0-30 yards = the problem. it did not like the yardage. i wanted to destroy ai for 1,000 yards passing in the game. example: 1st down - 311m/221m/23Wm. 4th down was the same. None of the rules fired.

So to clarify, so I don't get this wrong...
1. All 4 downs selected or 1 rule per down? 2. All 4 quarters selected. 3. All time. 4. Any score range up/down. 5 YTG set to between 0 and 30.
The personnel etc selected an irrelevance - it's the triggering conditions that would be the issue.
Correct?
I'll try it in a pre-season game to avoid affecting a regular season game, prob won't be till monday at earliest.

Yes. Just do the first down rule. That 0-30 distance will be what stops it. All first downs, all times, all scores, all game - 100% passing - 311m, 221m, 23Wm. m = medium passing

Ok, I'm going to ask a silly question, just to rule things out. I find when there's difficult to find issues, always best to rule out the obvious.
Did you activate the medium passes that should've been triggered? Thinking along the lines that if the conditions were met, but no plays available, then rule wouldn't trigger.
