I'm just frustrated because I wanted to make an anger point and pass for 1,000+ yards in that game and the rules I worked hard on did not appear. the afk gm game and an ai game where I couldn't run perturbed me. The rules issue would almost certainly be a mismatch between game engine and display.

Example.

1/10. Run for 7 in game log. That's a rounded figure - gained actually 7.65. Game log reports next down as 2/3 when it's really 2/2.35.

That can lead to rules not firing; min distance you put as 3 yards? You'd expect it to have fired on 2/3 as per log, but was 2/2.35 in terms of the game engine.

There's no big conspiracy. It's an issue being looked into to find the best solution.

No. I have explained it many times. In this case I wrote 1st Down - 3 passes to attack ai and 0-30 yards. You talk to me like I don't know what I am doing. I think the discord group is an insane asylum. obviously i know how to write a rule and i spent years writing all passing rules. (see league records )

What I stated was something that has been found and will almost certainly be the case for why imo 90%+ of rules aren't firing.

Smirt is vital for the game, he's excellent at finding issues within the game engine, as I've told him.

I can see that issues within the game that are fixed or broken could be perceived as a "Get Smirt!" campaign, but nothing is further from the truth.

Now that I think about it ...rules from the vault I can't get to work are 4th down dives and short yardage monster mash. I am going to do short-med-long distance when I can. Hmm, only place I can get those rules is mfn-2 where I never got booted. Jdb did not boot us out of mfn-2 since we would not be able to re-claim our team and the league would have been deleted.

No worries, Smirt, I get your points (most of the time - I am on the spectrum...) but sometimes you need to bear in mind others are going to pick up on what you say and not get that it's a joke.

As I said, you're an expert on the rules, but as I said, a nuance around actual/displayed yardage was found, which people need to know because it's the cause for the bulk of the number of rules not firing.
