I would have bet serious money that my team would lose to San Antonio this week since they destroyed us in the first meeting (48-18) and my best offensive playmaker is hurt and didn't play (Randy Savage).
But MFN is gonna MFN and somehow we outlasted the Gunslingers 19-16 thanks in part to a missed chipshot fieldgoal and winning the turnover battle 3-0.
I'm thankful for the win which puts less stress on me in the Oklahoma rematch coming up next. I really need to fix my pass defense which ranks 32nd in the league next season so this season is all about keeping my postseason streak alive which sits at 25 straight seasons.
It's gonna be tough the final 4 games but the upset of San Antonio helps a bunch.
