Almost done with the playoff previews for this round when a thought occurred to me, all 8 teams remaining have appeared in a previous World Bowl.
Houston 8-0 Oklahoma 1-0 Memphis 5-0 Portland 3-2
Birmingham 0-1 New Orleans 0-4 New Jersey 4-6 Pittsburgh 0-1
Pretty lopsided when you look at conference records and it should come as no surprise that if my Generals don't win it all, I'm rooting for Birmingham, New Orleans or Pittsburgh to do it.

The last 20 seasons which is very lopsided indeed!
All time it's 23-5. League founder tribewriter won the first one with Florida then there's my 4 and that's it for the conference. To be honest, I think New Orleans, Pittsburgh, and/or Philadelphia will change that in the near future.

Good game hammond, good luck going forward. I'm pleased my defense only allowed 17 points as my goal is to hold teams under 20. The way I've built my team, I expect at least 20 points a game from my offense and if we get that, we should win most games. Obviously we fell far short of 20 today and we go home.
