I'm in the middle of writing the blog for the divisional round but I won't get it finished before work, so it will be ready in the morning. I'm doing Memphis vs Houston now and going through the game log, I found an incredible series of plays.

Houston turned the ball over via INT inside their territory, then Memphis was thwarted by an INT at the 1 yard line. Houston fumbled it back to give Memphis the ball on the 8 but the Showboats threw another INT before things settled back down into a field position battle. That's a ton of action near the goal line without any points scored.

Good game Legend, I think the Generals are proving CJ's luck theory to be correct. I really didn't think a team with a middle of the road defense like mine could win 3 straight road playoff games against equal or better teams but here we are. I could believe it if Ferguson was still my QB but he's retired.

Now I have to be like an Ozzy song (Killer of Giants) and hope that CJ's 16-0 curse theory is correct.

He is correct on a lot of things. He’s mentioned before playcalling matters more than talent on defense. Both of us have weak secondaries but here we were in conference finals. But you had a suffocating defense and I couldn’t seem to catch many passes tonight. Your defensive plan proves to be the better one.

It has to be the RNG rolls rather than my defensive plan because I used the same plan as when you beat me earlier this season. The only thing that changes is the run/pass percentages and that's based on my opponents playcalling.

Looking at the 2 games we played, your passing offense wasn't as efficient this time around like you said, plus my QB didn't throw any INTs today. He threw 3 last time, although I think my RB had bet on you with his 3 fumbles haha.

BTW congrats to AG and the Oklahoma Outlaws for making their first World Bowl.
