If it makes you feel better, I recently lost 3 title games in a row in NFL League https://nfl.myfootballnow.com/hall-of-champions, and have lost the last 5 my Raiders have been in. |

American Conference Divisional Round
Oklahoma Outlaws (13-4) @ San Jose SaberCats (15-1) Point Spread: San Jose -3 Oklahoma: Offense 4th Defense 12th San Jose: Offense 3rd Defense 3rd Last Playoff Appearance:Oklahoma 1998 San Jose 1998 Playoff Records:Oklahoma 5-7 San Jose 2-10 Head to Head: San Jose beat Oklahoma 14-13 Week 6 of this season. Oklahoma is 1-0 vs San Jose in the post season. Injuries:Oklahoma 4 probable, 3 questionable San Jose 3 probable, 1 questionable Prediction:San Jose 24 Oklahoma 17 In last year's playoffs Oklahoma won 24-0, but I wouldn't bet on that happening again. I expect a game more like the regular season game, a tight game that could go either way. I think Smirt will emerge from his lab with a winning game plan. ________________________________________________________________________________ Portland Storm (14-3) @ Houston Gamblers (15-2) Point Spread: Houston -3 Portland: Offense 5th Defense 1st Houston: Offense 1st Defense 5th Last Playoff Appearance:Portland 1998 Houston 1998 Playoff Records:Portland 21-14 (3-2 World Bowl) Houston 32-10 (7-0 World Bowl) Head to Head: Houston beat Portland 16-9 Week 15 of this season. Portland and Houston are 3-3 vs each other in the post season. Injuries:Portland 6 probable, 3 questionable, 1 doubtful Houston 9 probable, 4 questionable, 1 Out Prediction:Houston 20 Portland 17 (OT) Portland is the 2 time defending conference champions while Houston looks like they're on a mission for title #8. Hard to pick against the Gamblers at this point, though I expect Portland to push them to the limit. |

Washington is 3-2 vs New Jersey in the post season. Injuries:Washington 2 probable, 4 questionable New Jersey 5 probable 1 I.R. Prediction:New Jersey 27 Washington 17 I don't know what happened Week 1 but I expect the Generals to play better this time. Hopefully Ferguson can keep the turnovers to a minimum and we can play ball control offense. _________________________________________________________________________________ Shreveport Steamer (12-5) @ Orlando Renegades (13-4) Point Spread: Shreveport -1 Shreveport: Offense 18th Defense 11th Orlando: Offense 11th Defense 18th Last Playoff Appearance:Shreveport 1998 Orlando 1996 Playoff Records:Shreveport 9-12 Orlando 4-6 Head to Head: Shreveport beat Orlando 13-3 Week 4 of 1998. This is the first post season meeting between these teams. Injuries:Shreveport 9 probable, 2 questionable, 1 doubtful Orlando 6 probable, 2 questionable, 1 doubtful, 2 Out Prediction:Shreveport 19 Orlando 16 Both teams come in pretty banged up but I'll pick the team with a RB coming off a 200 yard, 4 TD performance. |

WR 1 & 2 LT1, LG1, RG1, RT1 (active as backup) LDE1 & DT1 You do have it the worst with number of injuries but all 8 teams have at least 4 injured players. Houston has 14 players on injury list Shreveport 12 Orlando 11 Portland 10 Oklahoma 7 Washington 6 New Jersey 5 (not counting I.R.) San Jose 4 That's 69 total injuries, or 8.625 injuries per team. |

Yeah, it's not so much the number of injuries by the severity and specific player that is injured.
A probable 1, 2 or 3 can be played but when it's a legit starter injured versus a WLB2 or RT3/LT3 it makes a big difference. I have 8 true starters injured and 7 won't play at all while I'm forced to activate 1 but he is being used as a backup. 14 injured/8 starters/7 playing injured Versus 10 injured/3 starters/3 playing injured I'm not making any excuses because my opponent is hard enough with injuries removed. I'm just pointing out that the bulk of my injuries are starters on my offense and my journeyman QB will have to do even more with less as his line and top 2 targets watch from the sidelines! |

Admittedly I didn't look at who was hurt or how bad. You could always pull a Seth move and play questionable players anyway. I forget which league, maybe NFL League, but anyway I faced him in a title game and his RB #1 was like 34% health. I went into the game thinking I didn't need to worry about him but not only did he play, he was a workhorse and ran circles around my defense.

I never play anyone above P3 unless I have no choice and will only play P3 That are 70% or higher for whatever body part.
I hate playing anyone injured besides a P1 unless forced to it. Nah!!! I will roll tge dice with the least injured active but as backups....hope for some luck...and if I pull off a win...hope some get healthier |

American Conference Championship
Oklahoma Outlaws (14-4) @ Houston Gamblers (16-2) Point Spread: Houston -2 Oklahoma: Offense 4th Defense 12th Houston: Offense 1st Defense 5th Playoff Records:Oklahoma 6-7 Houston 33-10 (7-0 World Bowl) Head to Head: Houston and Oklahoma split their 2 regular season games in 1999 and this is their first post season game against each other. Injuries:Oklahoma 4 probable, 4 questionable, 1 Out Houston 7 probable, 3 questionable, 1 doubtful Prediction:Houston 17 Oklahoma 16 Nothing personal CJ but I'm rooting for Oklahoma because that would guarantee a first time champion. That being said, this is a prediction, not a wish, and I can't pick against Houston in the post season. Oklahoma's defense can be nasty, just ask San Jose, and they held Houston below 20 points in both games this year. Somehow, someway I see Houston pulling out a tough victory because this is the post season and all they do is win. _________________________________________________________________________________ National Conference Championship Washington Federals (12-6) @ Orlando Renegades (14-4) Point Spread: Orlando -1 Washington: Offense 17th Defense 11th Orlando: Offense 11th Defense 18th Playoff Records:Washington 19-17 (0-5 World Bowl) Orlando 5-6 Head to Head: Orlando beat Washington 17-13 Week 6 of this season. Washington is 2-0 vs Orlando in the post season. Injuries:Washington 5 probable, 4 questionable Orlando 12 probable, 2 questionable, 2 doubtful Prediction:Washington 19 Orlando 17 I was all set to pick Orlando in a nail biter until I saw their injury list. They can still pull off the win but I have to pick someone and I can't help but think having that many injuries spells doom. That, and Washington has been to 5 World Bowls so this moment isn't too big for them.
