One thing I noticed during last night's game that I never thought about before. I'm almost certain that the Safety Blitz plays that _do not_ blitz an LB _will not_ get called for overuse. Overuse penalties are caused by overusing blitzes, but I think that just means plays where LBs blitz.

I just dug through my database and in multiple leagues, I can't find a single time when the Double Safety blitz was called for overuse. I haven't looked at the Dime or Nickel safety blitzes, but I assume they are the same.

Has anyone seen overuse when calling a safety blitz with no LB blitzing?

gg Seth. I have to admit, Denver lucked out and hit more than our fair share of RGNs. I actually didn't bother to watch the sim so I could hurry to the depth chart to see how much damage was done.

I'll try to keep Denver in the battle, but I'm less than confident in this team's chances.
