Does anyone see the point in have 2 QBs play in a preseason game? Given the nerfing of a QB coming in the game and not starting, what’s the point of having your back up QB come in and go 5-19. Better to just alternate starters per game than give them 2 Q a game.

Sorry to everyone for stumbling upon the 2 QB platoon a few years ago but who knew!

With injuries to QBs almost at 0 percent. I see no need to play my backup during preseason. This allows my starter to get more snaps....increases play knowledge while giving backups at other positions a better shot to develop and learn the plays.
