Also, only way to block punts are from the 2 legal wings and if it were me - I'd have been in 'Hoody Hoo' mode and I always do any way...have 95 speed CBs or epic, elite WRs to swoop in from those spots.

The details show only ST Rusher positions 1-4 being filled. The rest of the guys on the punt return team were Gunners. This happened on every punt. Robinson, I think, is listed as my #3 Gunner. So that somehow got him on the field for punt return. (Along with my #1 RB and #1 WR, neither of which are on my ST depth chart anywhere.
I checked another of my teams that simmed last night and it might be even weirder. The first punt return players were accurate. The next 6 punt returns had gunners on the field, and then the last 2 were correct again.
Am I going crazy? Anyone else seeing this?
First point...Yes Seth didn't have a punter. His punter retired after last season and he thinks he auto set his ST depth chart. I wasn't aware of this until I looked at the box score of last night's game, because who ever beats Seth by such a huge margin? So I noticed the punt blocks first thing, checked his depth chart and roster, finding no placekicker.
I sent Seth a PM about it right away and he fixed it with tonight's sim. I didn't post about it because I knew it was just an oversight by Seth, and not some kind of tanking attempt.
I will always send a PM as a warning whenever a rules violation is spotted. Everybody deserves a chance to fix an error and I only resort to booting people if my PMs are ignored and the roster spot remains unfilled.
On a side note, I don't usually do roster checks because you guys do a great job following league rules. In this case, his lack of a punter went unnoticed until Week 2. It happens. _________________________________________________________________________
On to your second point. According to current league rules, Robinson can line up anywhere on the punt block team now. That wasn't always the case but you can even put him on the front 4 if you want now. Any player can be a gunner or ST blocker/rusher now, no more weight restrictions.

Gotta check my self on this one point, when I checked the other game, I didn't filter out FG attempts. So on FG attempts, it plays all ST Rushers, but on punts its 4 ST Rushers and the rest are gunners.

I hear ya man. But after the trouble I got in here with an offensive player being on defense, I thought I was gonna get booted for having a WR block a punt. But that's all good, so woot woot.
If I did it...Mack the Knife (McAvoril) and Crazy Razor would have me on a lightning rail out of here!
Gotta be honest. I got off on throwing the new Big Data rules in Cruz's face. I kept quiet, adjusted and I'm in 100% compliance and not taking L's. I imagine him with tears in his eyes. Need to keep motivated somehow.

Don't assume to know what I would do, Smirt211. I'm here to enjoy this game. raidergreg69 has given you an opportunity to prove yourself as an upstanding, rule following player & I hope you appreciate that opportunity. Every guy in this league expects the rules to be followed & honors that.
OK guys, I know you two don't get along but can you guys agree to disagree?
On one hand, Smirt shouldn't presume to know what anyone would do.
On the other hand, Smirt has been following the rules of the league, and did the last time he was here, except for abusive language.
Both of you are owners I want to keep in this league so I'm hoping to diffuse this before it becomes a big deal. Let's just play football.
I sent Smirt211 a PM to assure him, that this Boogeyman isn't out to get him.

On a side note, I probably should have waited until tomorrow to tell Seth about not having a punter since my Generals play his team tonight. I'm joking, of course, I wouldn't want to win that way.
