I offered the DE first. Tried Matthews second, but his demands were too high and couldn't fit him in under the cap.

I was able to also offer the other 2 older OL, as their demands were more reasonable. Should be enough cap room left to sign one or two depth pieces.

I had enough left for 3 minimum contracts. Trying to sign a long snapper, a DL, and a speedy WR.
