this play has me about to quit, down by one on 19.. 4th and 5 to go ... we don't kick the field goal.. we go for it.. I'm so livid this may be my last day with this game.

I wish I had some answers to offer - but I don't know why the Wranglers clicked that game instead of looking like "Meh." as they have done most of this season.

Could be a rule? I have a 4th down go for it rule but it doesn't trigger unless I'm down 4 or more, to avoid situations like this.

This has to be a rules conflict. The AI would definitely have kicked the field goal in that situation. The AI won't "go for it" unless a rules override tells it to. I can say that because, in the rosters only leagues, I have seen my teams kick field goal after field goal in situations where I probably would have gone for it.

I bet if you look through your rules top to bottom, you will find one where Fourth Down is included when it probably should not be. I learned the hard way on that one time.

Create a rule for it.
