They're always eligible, unless they are in the first year of their deal.

So you want all players highlighted unless they are in the first year of their deal?

It doesn't have to be a highlight, maybe an icon would do , yes I would like that. I run 5 teams and can't remember who is in their first year or not.
Once again I will say there are people on here with varying degrees of dedication and time, I'm not one of them, not through choice. I would spend way more time on here than I already do but work and have a family, so yeah stuff like this would really help.

But you would still have to check them frequently to know which ones you needed/wanted to re-sign, no different than now.

To me, the best option is just looking at your roster using the player contracts view.

If players eligible for a new contract were highlighted in some way, you would still need to do this.

Let's say you sign a new deal with a player. They would still be highlighted, so you'd need to check them again over and over (unless you could just remember all of them, which I couldn't).

This is something I would find helpful due to my time constraints, if you don't think its necessary , that's fine.

I didn't mean to be argumentative. I was just trying to understand how you thought this would help.

I'm probably in the same position as you. I recently had a league that flipped to a new season and I only had 23 players on my roster because I forgot to re-sign some FAs. I know it's my fault that I didn't do a better job of keeping up with it.

If you had an idea that would make it easier I'm all for it. I just didn't understand how what you were suggesting would have helped, but was curious to learn.

Perhaps in the edit filter as well as showing player contracts there could be a filter for just the players who are in last year of contract to show up. That would make it easier to see them more clearly.

Ha ha, thanks for bearing with me.

I'm definitely losing at least 1 team next year, cust 11...which has 2 x 1st round picks if anyone is interested....
