Copy the gif
Paste the gif in forums
Shift/End or Shift/Home on copied address
Use Image tab

should have ["img"] copied gif ["/img"] minus quotation marks

Check preview to see if that is what you want

I can't do it the way Booger does, but I get it done. I have no clue what the shift keys do, they did nothing when I tried it that way. I just copy image location when I find a pic/gif I wanna post. Then in the forums I click image then paste it. Voila, we have pics.

So that's what those little blue circles look like when you see them from a "field level" camera!
