GG Bulls (cyclonemax).

Technically, you do have a punter. However, I'm guessing you have the worst punter in the league. There are MANY better available in FA.

Curious as to what advantage an awful punter gives you?

Doing the blog and just saw your injury list when I went to see why Epperson missed the game. See Weymouth is Out for 11 weeks, hang with 'em.

yeah typically greg this is the weakest roster ive had for a few years depth wise, got plenty of cap but missed my targets and previous drafts have meant this class i had minimal picks,so im sorta just sticking band aid over holes in my roster,my 3rd choice guy roqumore from storm is pretty good back as well so ill be patching my roster and giving it my best

To me, it looks like a case of needing a punter in 1992, drafting one in the 6th round, and then never paying him any mind afterwards. He has busted -32 by my weights, and it wouldn't take much cap room to sign a new one, even if it was done in 1992 since a 6th round pick gets no bonus $$$.

I would prefer a new, better punter be signed, but I'm not worried about it if he doesn't, since technically no rule is broken. If I went through all 32 teams (I'm not) looking at the "forgotten" positions, how many would have subpar long snappers/kick holders? Those positions are easy to overlook, as is punter, but having good ones help win games in the long run.

The only reasons someone carries a player rated 50 overall or under (based on individual player weights) is because they fill a specialized role (kick holder/long snapper/returner) or by cutting them, they would incur a huge dead cap number.

There is no other legitimate reason in my book!!! Punter player weights aren't very diverse and he carries no dead cap bonus so I believe it's an oversight on his part....no other reasonable explanation.

Cyclonelomax is a vet and his team has been trending up in recent years. It happens.

This team sucks soooo badly. We did well to keep it down to a 38-0 drubbing.
