A lot of movement in Week 9.

Houston went from #6 to #3, hard to move that much at the top
Oklahoma went from #20 to #14
Chicago improved from #25 to #18
Tampa jumped from #26 to #21
Boston moved out of the basement up to #28

Several other teams also improved some, while a few tumbled, most notably Los Angeles. The Express fell all the way from #14 to #27 after being crushed 66-9 by Houston.

Week 9 was a horrible week for all four Pacific teams as the other 3 combined to lose 102-36.

Ran out of time before work, took screenshots of the pages though. Week 10 rankings will be done tomorrow.

Forgot to account for 4 leagues hitting early free agency in 2 days. Have screenshots for week 11 too.
