Former Invaders/Panthers owner here. I know greg is looking to fill some spots here in USFL, but if anybody has a subscription level to pick up multiple teams, Football Moguls league has openings:

Definitely not as cutthroat competition as USFL or XFL, but laid back, mostly long-time single-team owners. Slick (Hawaiians), amalric (Invaders), Ioan (Renegades) are current owners, and fred (Gamblers), action (Bulls) and legend (VooDoo) are former owners. Most of the available teams need some work to get into shape, but action's playoff team from last season is also open.
