This one isn't really important except for my own curiosity and hope some one can answer this

When you make a game plan, and the list of your selected plays is displayed showing what you are going to run, why is one formation placed over another and not grouped together.

In the picture, it shows from left to right, top to bottom, 1RB/1TE/3WR, 5WR, 5WR, 1RB/1TE/3WR, ......you get the idea.

Or am I just trying to over think it too much.

Plays are listed in the order they are weighted. Plays at the top are more likely to be called than the ones lower. As far as why plays of the same weight and same formation are separated, that's probably one of those AI quirks nobody can figure out.

Perhaps they are grouped by weighting first, then formation (instead of personnel)? Totally a guess on my part.
