After a tumultuous first season that saw him throw only a singular passing touchdown, and only thanks to the heroics of one Steve Haywood, Settles has become the guy in these plains. Now, he commands respect from every team he faces as he is finally blooming to be the 5000 yard guy Outlaw faithful hoped he would be when he was drafted 1st overall in '97.
