philadelphia bell limped over the line in last regular season game of 1988.cleveland were playing for a wild card place and bell playing for pride.after last weeks defeat to the league lowest ranked roster a strong start by thuunderbolts demoralised the bell and further proved to the coaching staff this roster needs revamping from inside out.clevelnd dominated yards first downs and time of possession.when the coaches were looking around for leaders we couldnt see any.after we took over week 5 a few victories gave us hope but they tuirned into false hope.its well documented gardiner has faced tight finiacial restraints this year and is due another tough season next,we know face a race against time to get these highly paid vets off our books before they retire and leave us in trouble again.its rumoured gardiner will be selected between 3 and 5 and would consider trading down to obtain a load of draft capital.its been a steep learning curve about quality of our roster and quality of opposition .but we are in this for the long haul and next season even a little progress is still progress.

with a busy few weeks on the horizon gardiner has pulled his scouting team off the current roster evaluation and sent them out to scout free agents and rookies.philadelphia have 12 players out of contract.only 2 we desperately wanna bring back HB richard brown and K albertson but as of yet their demends have been more than we can afford.veteran centre campos and corner long are borderline,we have to factor in regression for campos and long has all thr skills but spped in the 50s means hes a liability and will most likely be released.everyone else will be let go to create roster space and cap room for the massive rebuild
