gardiners first match up was against coach royce and his new york team,the bell schemed up a basic gameplan hoping to catch our opponets unprepared but what followed was ugly outing from our offensive guys.defensively we were solid and slowed their run game but through the air we were vulnerable.these things will get tweaked but at moment with our cap hit and injuries biting we are just gonna have to battle through.its believed gardiner wanted front office to make a move for troy irwin when express put him on the block but bringing in a stud player on short term deal doesnt help with long term rebuild.
whilst we are on we will update our fans about different positional rooms on our roster we will start this week with our quarterbacks.we have 2 guys in there our starter 2nd year pro hernandez whose still got some room to grow but we dont think will ever be an elite QB .despite early draft position 1#3 hernadez has flattered to deceive and until we surround him with more talent we might miss his window to perform at a high level.the back up moore is a wily veteran who knows the offensive scheme well,hes a average QB at best but his solid bonus over next couple of years means we are likely stuck with him for foreseeable future.not much of an arm but knows the playbook and can find the open man if given time
