hey everyone thanks for opportunity to coach in this league,ive been watching for a whilst a the interaction seems best out of all leagues.
gardiner steps upto mic and thanks philadelphia ownership for the job,firstly following on from a great coach like jaybo would be tough ask,hes left behind a handful of core players to build around and he done great job getting franchise to playoffs twice but recently found it a struggle in a very tough division.we can assure our fans id be doing my best to return us to former glory and be up challenging for divsion but we are under no illusions theres no quick fix,the 38million cap hit this year has hamstrung us and we wont be making any massive adjustments to playing staff this season,we will use this season too evaluate everyone on the roster,work on a game plan that helps us be more competitive.next season we have a dead cap hit of nearly 20 million.so realistically we are couple of seasons away from any significant roster moves.until then we will try and hit on some draftees and bring age down.we want the bell to be hungry and inspire the crowds.when looking around the league at standard of coaching we know that every victory will be hard earned.
