Next SIM delayed

I have delayed the next sim for two days (until Thursday morning) to give us time to vote on adopting 4.5 and to give JDB time to switch us over if the membership so desires.

I voted, but I'm not a big fan of delays, the game moves pretty slow as it is. =(
