94 speed 97 tackle 86 m2m.... Woah! For an under average qb that is slow and lose attributes points instead od gaining

I thought the force got the better end of this one. While he's good in those stats he's a complete liability in others.

The only weak stats he has is the run defense. Other than that.. Intelligence? Although in the middle of the pack ...thats not bad. And strip ball..... Other than that he is an all-star. I gave up a 1.6 pick to get a player like this even if he had high vol.

Volatility shouldn't matter with a 5 year vet as his attributes are pretty much done moving. Idk if volatility affects the downward spiral at the end of a player's career but it certainly doesn't affect him in year 5.

He has abhorrent run defense and while he can stay with a player in man to man that punish isn't going to force incompletions and he is going to make mistakes if he's ever in zone which is frequent for safeties with a full playbook. He also has to play safety with no b&r. But your SS is supposed to be your run safety and he's a liability there with his run defense. At fs or corner he's a liability any time he has to bump. And as I said has to be in man and will rarely force incompletions.

Wow this trade has caused a lot of debate. I thought it filled a need for both clubs! Georgia got a young QB that is arguably the best QB on his roster. Memphis didn't even have a SS on the roster.

I offered up Cole to maybe a third of the league since draft day so I was happy to get an upgrade in the secondary and I'm sure Georgia feels he's upgraded his QB position.

Was trading Cole a mistake? He would've been a terrific backup for us for a decade.
Does Forbes has his flaws? Of course. But he's joining the #1 run D from a year ago. He can run, get there fairly quickly, and tackle. His M2M is good. B&R? There's his flaw, but at least he'll prevent the big play by making the tackle after the catch. That's an upgrade in Memphis.
