I do not like it that you say (or intend) in your blog that you may be leaving the NY Stars. Even though it is not the MOST talented, under your guidance it has become successful. So it is clearly an indication of not who you have, but what you do with what you got. If you want to give up the NY Stars after a bad season, a team in which you are now developing into your own philosophy, then that does not give hope to us who stayed. Remember your Puppy.
