Compared to last season's final ratings, only three teams experienced significant drops:
NY Stars, 6 to 30
Arizona Wranglers, 3 to 18
Georgia Force, 15 to 32

Many more saw significant gains:
New Orleans VooDoo, 31 to 15
Memphis Showboats, 23 to 8
New Jersey Generals, 13 to 2
San Antonio Gunslingers, 26 to 16
Philadelphia Bell, 32 to 23
Orlando Renegades, 16 to 7
Michigan Panthers, 20 to 13
Honolulu Hawaiians, 17 to 11
