Because some owners did not want to serve on the trade committee, we have instead named a permanent trade committee with three alternates in case of a conflict of interest or vacation or other scenario. Here are the members:

I PMd the most experienced owners first. The vote would have been a moot point because we had owners who were not going to participate under the league wide rotation.
