I have added a change to the league trade procedure. This new language is in the stickied post at the top of the forums and also below, in bold. This change just allows run-of-the-mill trades to go through without committee review.
---------
We want to be friendly to new coaches and protect them from unscrupulous coaches who would take advantage of them. With that in mind, the USFL/WFL has put in place a committee to review trades that bear scrutiny. The commissioner does have the capability of pushing the "veto" button for any trade. Trades that involve high draft picks, and experienced coaches/inexperienced coaches, will bear particular scrutiny.
The committee will review only trades which the commissioner or another coach finds questionable. To send the trade to the committee for review, a coach need only reply "review" to the original trade post. Review should be requested within 24 hours of the trade being posted.Trades involving members of the committee will be approved/disapproved by alternate members of the committee. Committee members are listed in the "USFL Committees" pinned post. A simple majority of those voting will finalize the decision.
