Change to USFL/WFL Trade Procedure

I have added a change to the league trade procedure. This new language is in the stickied post at the top of the forums and also below, in bold. This change just allows run-of-the-mill trades to go through without committee review.

---------

We want to be friendly to new coaches and protect them from unscrupulous coaches who would take advantage of them. With that in mind, the USFL/WFL has put in place a committee to review trades that bear scrutiny. The commissioner does have the capability of pushing the "veto" button for any trade. Trades that involve high draft picks, and experienced coaches/inexperienced coaches, will bear particular scrutiny.

The committee will review only trades which the commissioner or another coach finds questionable. To send the trade to the committee for review, a coach need only reply "review" to the original trade post. Review should be requested within 24 hours of the trade being posted.

Trades involving members of the committee will be approved/disapproved by alternate members of the committee. Committee members are listed in the "USFL Committees" pinned post. A simple majority of those voting will finalize the decision.

Yes, so only a few will need to hold their breath after making a trade.
