Pittsburgh returns to the World Bowl after losing to Oklahoma in World Bowl XXXIII last season. That was the last game they lost as they swept the regular season and the National Conference playoffs. San Antonio has experienced a quick turnaround, going from also ran status to elite in 1 season, vaulting to the top of the best division in the league. Come playoff time, they knocked off division rival Oklahoma for the 3rd time this season before beating San Jose and their #1 ranked offense.

This should be a pretty good game if San Antonio can limit the big plays of the Maulers, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Gunslingers win. I haven't had a good read on them all season, and while they don't have offensive "stars", they simply get the job done.

I had to pick somebody so I picked the team that has yet to lose, nothing personal. Congrats to both teams on excellent seasons, you can't do much better than 17-1 or 18-0 and reaching the World Bowl. Only one can be called champion and you both deserve that honor. Good luck to both of you.
