National ConferenceDivision Winners: Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Philadelphia, Orlando
Wildcards: New Orleans, New Jersey, New York
If you've been reading random observations, you already know Pittsburgh and Birmingham play for the #1 seed Week 16. Most of the seeding is finished for the National Conference as well.
Pittsburgh Win and they are 16-0 and have home field advantage. Lose and they are #2 seed over Philadelphia based on conference record.
Birmingham Win and they are 15-1 and would get home field advantage based on winning head to head against Pittsburgh tomorrow. Lose and they are either the #2 or #3 as I don't know who wins a tie between the Stallions and Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Will be the #2 or #3 seed depending on the result of the Birm/Pitt game and tiebreakers.
Orlando They are locked into the #4 seed as Philadelphia beat them head to head.
New Orleans They are locked into the #5 seed as they'd have a better conference record than New Jersey in the event of a tie.
New Jersey Locked into the #6 seed
New York Locked into the #7 seed and a wildcard sweep for the "New" teams.

American ConferenceDivision Winners: Memphis, Michigan, Portland
Wildcards: Oklahoma, Houston
In the Hunt: San Jose, Honolulu, Cleveland
Memphis Locked into the #1 seed based on having a better division record than Oklahoma
Michigan They will be the #2 seed
Portland Will be the #3 seed for sure if San Jose wins the Pacific (head to head win) but could be #4 if Honolulu wins the Pacific, depending on tiebreakers (no head to head, would have same conf. record).
Oklahoma Can't win a tiebreaker with Memphis (split 2 games/better division record) or Houston (Gamblers sweep). The Outlaws will either be the #5 or #6 seed.
Houston The champs will be a wildcard, #5 seed with a win and Oklahoma loss, otherwise #6.
San Jose The SaberCats just need to win to be Pacific champs, and will still be if they lose if Honolulu also loses based on sweeping the Hawaiians.
Honolulu To win the division, they need a win and a San Jose loss. To be a wildcard, they just need to win, or hope Cleveland loses as they beat the Thunderbolts head to head.
Cleveland Need to win and have Honolulu lose to be a wildcard based on the head to head loss
