See who has the highest-rated coaches at each staff position and see which team wasn't afraid to show them the money.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the "poaching" of coaches from weaker teams by strong teams.

The reason for this is because I, as an owner, do not even get a courtesy message from the site or the league that X-team is interested in Y-Coach in Z-Amount, not even giving me a chance to counter. I at least get a notice of "Best Offer" to Free Agents

Since all offers to coaches are a blind offer, and signed coaches will not sign for less than what they are currently making, if you are going to poach one of my coaches then you are going to pay a high price.

I personally sent a "Gentleman's Notice" to a coach whom I was interested in possibly promoting. But when the first day of Free Agency came around and after finding 3 of my coaches were poached by other teams, it was all out. Once again, if you feel the need to promote one of my coaches, you are going to pay top dollar for that talent.

Now, while I have no problem with anyone attempting to improve their lifestyle by moving on up or chasing more money, be it a simulation or real life, I DO have a problem with not being aware of individual's plans.
