RB must be played by actual RBs I know most leagues don't use this rule for 4.6 but I want to keep it in play for us. The weight restriction is gone but they must still be assigned to be a RB or FB if they carry the ball (except for QB scrambles of course). *TE can play FB, therefore can carry the ball

Must have 1 real K and P Have to have at least 1 of each on the roster during game/midweek spins.

No Tanking Teams must not openly tank in an effort to secure a top draft pick.

These were the results of the poll during the 1999 season, re-affirming people don't want WR to run the ball.

To comply with the rule, simply assign any ball carrier as a RB, FB, or TE.

Just a reminder while we're in the preseason, these are the only rules you need to follow to be roster compliant.
