I understand people quit, but is it too much to ask for a heads up, or maybe a reason for leaving? If there is an issue, I might be able to help if I get some communication.

That's now 2 people who recently quit without warning in the middle of the season.

If they quit because I didn't punish CJ for his mistake, we could have discussed it. Oh well back to the recruiting trail. I'll get the blog finished eventually.
