Injury Rate

I have changed the injury settings for preseason to 74 like I've done the last couple of seasons. I changed it when the new season flipped over, so it was in effect for the game this morning. I will change it back to 100 for the regular season.

With the regular season starting tonight, the injury rate has been pushed back to 100.
