I'm thinking this latest rule change that ball carriers must weigh 200 lbs will be the last, but am I forgetting anything? I like the 265 lb rule as is, not sure we need to mandate a certain minimum for DT. The main goal was to keep LBs from playing DE, creating an exploit.
The biggest exploit in this game is the FL Hitch, but I can't do anything about that. What I want to know, is there any other exploit that I have forgotten to try and work around?
I don't want to load us down with rules, but I don't want to play exploit ball either. This past season was, in my opinion, the best one we've had in awhile, competitively and socially. I'd like to think the custom rules had a little something to do with the competitive part.
