Coach of the Year Candidates

hollyhh2000 Led San Jose to second straight 12-4 Pacific Division Champ seasons
Cjfred68 Led Houston to a 13-3 Midwest Division Champion season
setherick Third straight 15-1 season, second championship in 3 years
Hellbringer Almost could be in the next category, but he has always been good, just coming off a bad season. Got Michigan back to playoffs with a 12-4 record.
Smirt211 This award should be for on field stuff only and there is no denying Smirt took this team farther than probably anyone else could. If not for a 4th qtr comeback by Portland, the VooDoo would be champions.
CrazyRazor Eight straight double digit win season, finally got past Baltimore to win the Atlantic Division.
tribewriter After a 1-5 start, won 9 of the last 10, getting as far as the National Conference Championship Game
BlindEarth80 Another one that could be considered most improved, but this was his first season, so I'll put him on both and let you guys decide. Led New York to a 12-4 East Division Championship season.

Most Improved Coach

dfisherman Improved Southern California 3 games from 3-13 to 6-10.
Mjlee555 Improved San Antonio 3.5 games from 1-15 to 4-11-1.
zimmer89 Improved Florida 4 games from 6-10 to 10-6 and almost to the playoffs
Hellbringer Michigan had an off 1990, only finishing 8-8, but 1991 saw a 4 game improvement and a division championship
BlindEarth80 Took over ownership of the 5-11 (NY) Stars and went 12-4, winning the East handily.
