The votes are all in and counted. We had 24 total votes, and 22 of 24 also filled out question 10. Next season we will try a 2 survey approach that eliminates the write in portion that has caused a few problems over the years. We nearly had 2 unanimous selections as Nicholas Dorey and William Sedillo were named on 23 of 24 ballots. Offensive ROY and Defensive MVP were the closest races in the write in portion.

Number in parenthesis is total # of votes

I take pride in what I pulled off with Dorey because since my return in 1985 I hadn't gotten a single offensive player to produce on a significant level.

Plus, the extreme competitive nature of the league, challenges in amassing a team each season and the fact that stat compiling is essentially on par with what you'll find over in the Champions League as the 2 toughest tests. I'll probably be hard pressed to get another Dorey situation here...again!

It was hard to let him go, but I was interested in seeing what he could do for a better owner like yourself Smirt. Glad it worked out

Thank you. However, your 1988 and 1989 seasons were excellent with him:

I had to make him 'The Show.' I was using a CB for yardage rushing and that's limited. I know some peeps went bonkers early but that player fell off stat wise (13 played games, 759 rushing yards) and/or was injured. Kerr was my only other chess piece to move the ball. Desperation + respecting competition level forced me to get the yardage with him.
