This feels like a lot for this player.

Not at all, the player was actually rated higher than the pick via the trade meter, not my preferred valuation method, but not going to buck the system. In his first game he had 3 tackles and allowed 50% passes attempted, down 7.1 % from my previous player. In addition it allowed me to move Thomas to the nickel spot where he excels.

I thought it looked like a fair deal. He's older but cheap and impecable skills. A little slow but that isn't as important anymore.

At first look, yes I can see the hesitation but its a 1st rd pick 3 years away and the Voodoo are a good team so late 1st round to boot.
