With the move to 4.4, it was not a good week to play seth ;)

That's fine. If I go 0-16 under this sh*t or a horrible record I don't think it defines my work as a GM.

Took coding for parity purposes and de-fanging to take all the fun away.

The fortunate thing about our game is that it allowed me to figure out what was wrong with sacks ... finally. Sheesh. I'm hoping that JDB can turn around a fix quickly.

Seems the QB was late on everything: passes were behind or he was late to make the throw at all.

There are two issues that I know of through testing and watching other games. The QB decision clock is off and the targeting on medium-to-long passes is off. I think the second - targeting - is a symptom of the first. I'm not sure why it happens either.

There are some plays where the QB will sit back and rifle a beautiful pass to a receiver running a post, but other times the QB is holding the ball.

I think the best thing for JDB to do is remove the route distance penalty from all route distances for all play distance calls and let the QB throw to whoever is open.

Comebacks, short posts (with separation), and crossing patterns is about all you can do now. You gotta plan for the throw being late.

Throw being late should be an easier fix than the OL problem, which is why I'm not really concerned about that.

GG Philly, I really didn't know what to expect with the new code. I'm happy with the W but it was an ugly game to watch.

Good game Force.

Sounds like I'm the only one glad to see 4.3 gone, I never really seemed to quite get it right....seems it was mostly fast wrs and bombs away (though some found other ways to be successful). I'm not really blaming the version, as the fault lay with my ability to adapt to it, because clearly other's had success with it.
