What is the cap next season? Do you know Tribewriter.
How dead cap works is that the system will auto-reduce my dead cap to 75% of the total cap, which leaves me 25% of my total cap to work with. But that reduction won't happen until players need to be cut, which will TC of next season.
First step, after determining what 25% of the cap will be, is moving as many players and picks as possible to get under that cap number with a core group of players.

Sorry, but I do not know the formula under which next year's cap is determined. I will look over the leagues and see if there is a league out there that is one season older than ours.

I want to say it's +5-10% per year. I'll just use this year's cap as a guide.

Our league has a cap of $160,811,477 in its seventh season. MFN-85 has a cap of $177,294,654 in its ninth season. The midpoint is $169,053,065.
So, I am guessing $169,053,065 would be our cap next season.
That is approximately a 5 percent increase each season.

This season isn't the problem. Next season is the real problem. If the cap is ~170m. Then I will have ~42.5m as a functional cap. That's going to be ........... interesting.

Its always 5% increases every seasons. Theres also a glitch in the game with dead cap getting reduced every sim in the beginings of years. But you havent heard it from me.
*FYI i never, ever, mever, wever, used that glitch. So i dont know how it works exactly
