With my two favorite Texas Football Teams releasing two of the best kickers of the NFL, Punter Shane Lecter of the Texans and Place Kicker Dan Bailey of the Cowboys, I was wondering what other coaches in the USFL consider successful attributes for these positions.

The way my special teams play, I would say tackling is high on the list!

Kicker - Accuracy > Kicking Strength but in the 90s on both is preferred, everything is not really important to me if they have good acceleration, Intelligence then I am good.

Punter - Accuracy>Punt Timing>Punt Strength Like the kicker I do not care about the other attributes.

If my kicker and/or punter has to make a tackle then my special teams have failed.
