So if portland and memphis plays against one another. That means that i get a playoff spot if i win my game?
And if i lose and memphis lose too, who passes?

As I read it, if you win, you are in.

If you end up with the same record as Memphis, you would lose the tie-breaker because of having lost to them in Week 1.

But if i win and memphis too, means portland lose and i win division so im in. In any case i must win bcz portland and memphis have tie breakers
