So your telling me a rookie at a 50 rating will out perform a vet at an 80 rating. Because so far in all the leagues i just drafted im doing exactly what thought they would. Heck i should win the division in 1 league for sure at this pace and the other we shall see. So i guess i need more input on what i am doing wrong in your opinion. Im curious

Agreed. There is no way to ensure (enforce) a long term commitment from any owner. If there is a departure after what is viewed as a "bad" transaction, those that are committed to stay will be negatively affected from the choices made by the departed.

The well-being and long term stability of the league is more important than any owner.

Booker no offense you havent been here much longer then myself but i have already seen how to run a team. I get its different from what you guys are used to but you don't have to build thru the draft. If you let me build the team the way i want to i wouldnt leave even if i sucked. Im not built like that. Why not talk to me before assuming things. But instead you guys made your decesion. I wish you luck.
