This league is currently stuck at 15 owners but if anyone joins now, you can start with free agency period 1. This league is top heavy but that's mainly due to having at least 10 AI teams the last few seasons. A few more good owners is all we need.

Free agency has a lot of highly rated players available so rebuilds can be quick.
