I have added a bunch of new links into the Attention New Owners thread that is stickied at the top of the forums. There is a wealth of information here from Setherick, who has said he is cutting back on his MFN level of activity (including his Orlando Renegades, unfortunately).

Lots of thought-provoking stuff here, but you don't have to take it all verbatim. For instance, I have used his player attribute chart as a basis for mine, but have modified it quite a bit in some positions.
