4 of 13 Defensive players were the covented Secondary

3 of 13 Defensive players were on the line

4 of the 13 Defensive players taken in the 1st round will play in a totally new position than what they were drafted as originally assigned by the AI.

6 OL were taken in the first round

The highest rated player in this year's draft (using default), FB Jose Sherlock, has been moved to LG.... a -17 drop in Default ratings

Surely there is more in store as we go into round two

Trust me, there are plenty of "areas of need" here. This is not going to be a one-and-done rebuild like with the Georgia Force.
The bad news is, this team was 1-15 last year and all the players stink. The good news is, I have cleared out a bunch of dead cap and will have close to $50 million to spend in free agency next season.

While you can never judge a draft til after training camp, thus far I'm loving my drafting and not only hitting all my positions of need but hitting possibly home run players.
