If anyone in the league wants to trade with Houston, please send Cjfred68 a PM and negotiate with him directly. If you guys come to an agreement, CJ will tell me and I'll either accept or propose a trade, whatever he asks me to do.

If you send a trade offer to Houston without talking to CJ first, all I will do is send CJ a PM and ask him how he wants to proceed.

Basically CJ is still running the Houston franchise and I'm just holding his place until he is able to take over again. I will not be making any decisions for this franchise on my own, it's not mine.
