It's pretty obvious CJ doesn't like the most recent trade in our league between San Jose and Birmingham. Does anyone else have a problem with this trade?
My feelings about voiding trades are you can't legislate stupidity, just collusion. Of course if I felt a trade affected the competitive balance, I'd void it.
My first reaction upon seeing the trade was, there goes Smirt, effing those picks. I almost posted that comment but had already done so in another league about a similar Smirt trade and didn't want to be redundant.
Every trade affects competitive balance somewhat, and while it appears Smirt got the best of this trade, was it so much so that it warrants voiding?
Voiding trades is a slippery slope and I don't really want to start going down that road unless I'm pretty sure there was collusion.
In a case like this, history helps and Smirt routinely makes offers like this in many leagues we share.
The biggest bone of contention about this trade came from some discord comments where Waitwut was, I believe, pulling CJ's chain.
I could really use some opinions from people not named Cjfred, Smirt, or Waitwut in this case.

I misunderstood Waitwuts comments in discord as a statement of fact instead of being sarcastic so I don't care anymore.
Waitwut believes he made a good trade so its a good trade.
The main factor for this particular trade is that Smirt already signed one of the players to a 6 year extension. Voiding the trade now would totally screw Smirt's cap, which would be totally unfair.
In the future, please hit me up with trade issues the day of the trade.

i say let it be greg, waitwut is a great coach and i trust him to do whats right for his team
I think both owners meant to make the trade and it should stand. I think the value is off but we have nothing place to deal with that and that's a slippery slope anyways that would be a colossal pain in the *** to enforce.
I had similar issues due to the same misunderstanding CJ had earlier. But after getting past that, both owners are experienced and meant to make the trade. Looks like Smirt got the better end but someone has to in any trade. Waitwut has a right to make trades that he wants and run his team how he wants. The trade should stand
Both are upper tier GM's and know what they're doing.
As long as there is no collusion or preditary trade on a new GM going on, then let the boys trade away. If the commish feels a trade is damaging a team however, he would need to step in and do what he has to do.
