I'm scratching my own head trying to find some consistency from this team!! Obviously it won't be this season, but we'll work to get back to where we should be!!

I'm right there with you. There is definitely a lot of stuff that has to change for my team to get back to where we were last season.
On a good note, at least you'll have a pretty good draft pick to help you out.
