If you can't get a trade done, there are several cheap options on the FA market if you don't mind an aging vet. Free agents have to sign a contract if they're offered one so you could probably sign 2 or 3 at near minimum salary with almost no effect on your cap.
If you are the only one to attempt to sign a free agent, he will sign even if it's a ridiculously lowball offer.

I found these 2 young OL on the trade block, idk what they cost but if I was looking to trade for OL, I'd start here.

Just draft them in the 3rd/4th round. That has been my motto recently and it's worked out pretty well. The players will likely need to be high vol but you should be able to get decent intangibles(50+ speed/accel and 70+ strength.) If they boom you get a 10 year starter and if they don't it was just a 3rd/4th
The players you're asking for are players that are more than likely starting for their respective team and were just drafted to fill the spot they are starting in. I'm not saying you won't be able to trade for them just that you will probably need to overpay to get them
